Sirius IT has won the contract for the development and maintenance of the new case management system for the Norwegian Film Institute. Sirius IT won the contract in competition with three other suppliers.
The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) administers support for the Norwegian film production distributed on different arrangements: development support, production support, and launch support.
Sirius IT will develop a new case management system that handles the processing of these support schemes, from the received applications, evaluation of applications, support payment and follow-up of the ongoing film project. The solution will give employees at NFI a more efficient work space and also provide far better information about the status of each application process.
"We are proud to have won this contract with the Norwegian Film Institute," said Vidar Evensen, sales and marketing director at Sirius IT. "Development of case management systems that support mission-critical processes is our core business. We therefore see the contract as a confirmation of our solution concept for case handling and self-service systems."
"In the sales process Sirius IT convinced with very good preparation, good communication, very good understanding, good systems for project implementation and quality assurance procedures "says Jan Graff. Sirius IT convinces with methodology as the major IT companies and also a flexibility that is well suited for NFI, explains Graff. We need a new system that is more flexible, among other things, in relation to changes in regulations and subsidy schemes.
