Usability Test

Usability tests are performed in Sirius IT according to generally approved principles within the international usability industry.

The objective of the user-friendliness test is to test the user-friendliness of the solution and to identify usability problems. Specifically this means that it is tested, if the test participants understand the solution, and if the test participants can perform concrete tasks in the intended way.

Sirius IT’s usability test is performed by specialists, who use the latest technology within the area. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the final report include specific directions to how the solution can be improved. All tests are based on the international standards for usability (ISO 9241-11 and WCAG2) and on the Danish SIGCHI.DK industry standard.
