The business consultant transforms this knowledge to specific options for IT support, and thus optimising the customer’s business processes.

The fields of the business consultant:

• The business consultant offers consulting and analysis in connection with IT projects, and he performs business- and system analysis. 
• Together with the customer the business consultant facilitates workshops and analysis of business requirements and mapping of the customers workflows, in relation to clarification of the demands of the Business Case, that underlies the project.
• The business consultant is responsible for ensuring the requirements of the project, for performing use cases and for the conceptual solution description of the solution.
