Andreas Wikholm
Managing director - Sweden
Born 10 October 1974
Andreas Wikholm has been responsible for some of Sirius IT’s largest customers like Stockholms stad and Vetenskapsrådet. Originally he is educated within public health from Karolinska Institutet, and at the age of nineteen he took up his first management position within Care Stockholms läns landsting. Later he worked as a management consultant with focus on the public sector. Latest within TietoEnator’s business area Government Services, that later became Sirius IT. Furthermore, Andreas Wikholm has been an active top-class athlete and has played ice hockey on Team Kiruna and Lidingö HC among others.
Andreas has a magnificent ability to create good relations to both customers and employees. I am convinced that with his competence and strong personality he will be a splendid manager of the Swedish company, says Kim Winther Jensen.
Kim Winther Jensen
CEO - Sirius IT Nordic
Born 3 January 1951
Kim Winther Jensen has been appointed CEO for the Nordic Sirius IT concern. Kim comes from a position as managing director and CEO for Sirius IT in Sweden. Kim was involved in introducing and coaching Key Customer thinking at all levels of the organization and spend much time with sales to new and existing customers.
Kim started his career at Bisballe planning i 1976, where he worked as a consultant in the private and public sector. In 1983 Kim founded the company Dansk Informations Teknologi A/S (DIT) with five others. Five years later he was appointed managing director for DIT and focused on sales, developing customer relationships and finance. Kim was responsible for the sale of DIT to TietoEnator in 1999.
Kim was in charge of TietoEnator Solutions A/S from 1999 until 2004, where he was responsible for the integration of DIT in TietoEnator. Kim was dedicated to making the new division grow, generate profit and helping the employees adapting to a new company culture.
Kim has a degree in Economy from Copenhagen University. He is married and has three children.
Carsten Boje Møller

Born 12 March 1962
Carsten Boje Møller has been appointed Managing director of Sirius IT in Norway and is also a member of the board in Sirius IT. Carsten comes from a position as general manager at TietoEnator A/S, where he has been since 1999. Carsten was in charge of the division Public which delivers solutions to the public sector. Carsten has had several management positions in TietoEnator A/S hereunder TietoEnator Resource Management A/S and TietoEnator Technology A/S.
Carsten started working for Boarding Data A/S in 1987 as system developer and consultant. Four years later he changed to TE Technology A/S, which is a part of TietoEnator today. Carsten sought new challenges as senior technical consultant at the American company the ASK Group in 1993 and moved to Florida with his family.
In the following years Carsten worked among others for The Eli Witt Company – one of the largest wholesaler companies in the Unites States – as IT director and later as Senior Technical sales engineer for Computer Associates. He was primarily engaged in sales and implementations of new strategic products. After six years he was recruited by TietoEnator and moved back to Denmark with his family.
Carsten has done M.Sc. studies within Business and Computer Science at University at Colorado Boulder, USA and has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. Carsten is married and has two children.
Michael Houghton-Larsen
Managing director – Denmark
Born 9 October 1962
Michael Houghton-Larsen has been appointed managing director for Sirius IT in Denmark and is a member of the board. Michael comes from a position as general manager at TietoEnator A/S, where he has been since 1998. Michael was in charge of the division which served the private sector and was also a part of management. During his time at TietoEnator Michael has been behind a number of large project sales and Application Management-agreements with TietoEnator’s largest customers in Denmark.
Michael began his career at CRI A/S in 1987. The firm sent him to Germany in 1990 where he worked as a consultant on the satellite program “Polar Platform”. Michael returned to Denmark after four years and worked as a Program Manager for the Ørsted satellite at CRI, until he was employed at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1996. He worked as an International Project Manager in Digital’s then global pharmaceutical competence centre for document management solutions.
Michael has taken a degree in Computer Science at Copenhagen University and is a bachelor of Commerce from Copenhagen Business School. He is married and has two children.
